We booked one of the large elevated back tables for a party of ten. It was an and to end great experience. Granted, the restaurant was full and it took an extra while for the food to arrive, but that didn't matter when we had company and wine. Though busy, service was still prompt, correct, and friendly. We went for a share table of meat cuts and sides. That was a good thing, because their sides and sauces selection is extensive and it would have been so difficult to select only a few for myself. Instead, we got the full range. Oh, and the entrées where also very good. Great wine suggestion also from the waiter. Atmosphere is top notch. We had a wonderful time!

A great place to have a lifetime experience trying Wagyu. The high-quality meat tastes amazing with just soy sauce and their delicious onion paste—no need for extra sauces. For the side dishes, the fries are a good choice, but the grilled vegetables feel more like a garnish and are definitely not worth the price. Drinks are nice, and the service is always professional. The place is cozy and fancy, but understandably crowded and tight on weekends—we had a small table and had to arrange things to fit.
The food, wines and cocktails were amazing. Since they didn’t have T-bone steak when I visited them we had Tenderloin steak and as entrance scallops and hummer. The service though could have been better. When we got the entrance and had to wait for the wine and at times we had to wait quite some time to get service but O must say that they did their best since restaurant was busy and they were only three waiters.
I can’t relate to some of the low ratings for KOL & Cocktails. I have only great things to say about my visit. Great service, great food and very good atmosphere. Our meat order was not perfect the first time around, but the staff gladly fixed it and offered us an extra side as compensation. We were very satisfied in the end and would easily return to try out other dishes. It’s currently one of the best restaurants to eat good meat in Malmö in my book.
Amazing place. Food is delicious, and cocktails are plentiful (took us a few minutes to translate them to English but we figured it out, staff were so friendly we could have asked but we prefer to try and learn something too!) I had the burger, which i did have to eat fast as the bun started to fall apart, and could have some with a little more seasoning when cooking but maybe thats just my palate. Wife had the flap steak, and it was much bigger than expected, cooked perfectly. No issues large enough to bring down the experiences. Very extensive Champagne menu but that out our thing. We would certainly come back if we are passing! Our bil, excluding tip, was 1198kr for 2, including 2 drinks each, and a main each.
We had a wonderful New Year's Eve at KOL and enjoyed a five course menu and great atmosphere. Everything was delicious and perfectly arranged, we had amuse geule, lobster soup, beef tartare, halibut, tenderloin steak and dessert with peach sorbet and strawberry compote. An absolute recommendation.
If you like grilled meat, this IS the place for you, amazing quality, variety and service. Meat cuts are grilled to perfection, grest variety of sides and sauces. One of the best places in Malmö.
